Mr. White is the Director of the ATI Manufacturing and Threat Countermeasures Division, which includes research and development programs in metal part manufacturing, technologies to counter weapons of mass destruction, and medical pharmaceutical and diagnostic requirements to enhance the mission effectiveness of military personnel. He is the Executive Director for the American Metalcasting Consortium (AMC) that is developing new metalcasting technologies and processes for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to produce higher-quality, cost-effective castings while reducing the lead times for new and replacement parts in weapons systems. He has over thirty-three years’ experience leading and working with government and commercial clients in a number of areas, including project management and control, financial budgeting and analyses, material acquisition and management, activity based cost (ABC) analyses, predictive and preventive maintenance, and engineering and chemical analyses.

Mr. White has an M.B.A. from The Citadel, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Jacksonville University. He is a certified Project Management Professional.
